Firehouse Subs Menomonee Falls Station

We stopped at this firehouse on our way to an event. I have a gluten sensitivity and I appreciate the care they took to avoid contamination as much as possible, and the lady who took our order did specify the only garauntee of gf was a glove change which is good enough for my personal sensitivity level. My sub was phenomenal and I did not get sick! We will visit here again. Also enjoyed looking at the patches and the recognition they give firefighters!

Went here last night (11/4) got a sub with a gluten free bun(I have a allergy to wheat), salad and a sub for my boyfriend..I got really sick from the sub here to come to find out they used the wrong bread!! I didn't know because I thought they knew the difference between regular bread and gluten free bread..I know there's cross contamination but really you don't know the difference between the two?! I'm hoping management sees this
