This is hands down one of the best Firehouse Subs I have ever been to. As a coeliac, you stress out going to a sandwich shop. But the ladies working there were non-judgmental and designed 1 person to make my salad and carefully assured me that gloves would be changed and fresh ingredients used. My salad came out looking like a masterpiece! Now thats something to brag out in a small town where you don't expect that level of service. Needless to say we ate there 2 times in 2 weeks and great service both times!
