This is the worst of the Firehouse Subs that I’ve been to. I asked for the packet of mayonnaise to be put on the sandwich instead of a packet in the bag. They said they couldn’t do it because the gluten free bread would cause a problem. I said that’s ok all the other Firehouse Subs do it. She said “I’m sorry, we just can’t do that”. I cancelled the sandwich and have no plans to return, and I live in Oak Ridge. The best FH is in Hardin Valley. Great customer service, great food, and worth the drive.

Some of the best subs around. Service is usually quick and they have gluten free bread which is always a plus for me since I have celiac.
