When I ordered a gluten-free roll, the cashier asked if it was an allergy, which it was. And the staff communicated down the line that an allergy order was coming up. I really appreciate them taking care in ensuring that everyone knew to take the necessary precautions.

Firehouse Subs (especially Heather) has been amazing to work with. I called them with a request to supply 17 sub meals approximately, 1-2 times per week, for a girls tennis team (who used Jimmy John's in the past and every one was tired of the all-bread sandwiches). They have prepared my order on time and all of the girls love the sandwiches (and the cookie). Their gluten-free bread is also pretty good. These guys are absolutely phenomenal. Consider them for your school team order or your next catering order.
