Love it...! I am gluten sensitive, and their gluten free bun is DELICIOUS...!!

I informed Kaylie at the time of my order that I have a gluten allergy (celiac disease) and specifically requested the BBQ Triple Stack on a gluten-free bun. However, I was given the Carolina version, which includes French fried onions. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I was halfway through eating it at home. When I called the store to alert them and emphasize the importance of being cautious in the future, Kaylie insisted that the Carolina version was what I had ordered. I clarified that I had asked for the original BBQ Triple Stack, and explained that consuming gluten puts me at serious risk of hospitalization. Her response was, “Oh, I must have rung it in wrong. Sorry.” While I was already distressed about the potential health consequences, I became increasingly upset by the lack of accountability and concern shown in response to such a serious mistake.

I haven’t had a sub sandwich at a sub shop in about 6 years (gluten free) and walked in fully prepared to order a salad. They were advertising their gluten free buns (Schar brand) on the door and I was so excited! Obviously they cannot guarantee no cross contamination, but I was seriously so excited! The subs were tasty and the service was great.
