Great gluten free hot subs

Its firehouse! Love thier subs truly! They now offer gluten free rolls, they use schar which is a great choice for thier subs. They in only offer one size and the upcharge for a medium roll is outrageous in my book, I may be wrong, but I think its like 3 dollars. I am not sure how careful they are about cross contamination since I can't see behind the counter, but I've eaten there 3 times and haven't gotten sick yet.
