We came from Mequon, WI. We got there early but were told by the lady at the front ticket desk, that we couldn't get our tickets until 4:30. So we went to the bar. At 4:30 there was a long line going out the door. There were a lot of older people who had trouble walking and some had walkers and wheel chairs. I feel they could have illuminated that line by sending people their tickets. Then the bar got packed and some couldn't get a seat and had to wait for drinks. Then the second long line to get into the dining room to eat. We waited in the bar until the line died down. Maybe that's why our food was mediocre. The brie was hard on the top and tasteless and served with wafer like crackers. The asparagus soup tasted ok but it would have been nice to have a piece of asparagus in it. The beef with gravy and vegetables were good but the baked potato had hardened cheese on top and was not appetizing. The gluten free dessert was a disappointment. We didn't care for it. Then the third line to get into the theater was all the way down the hall, again. I feel these lines should have been eliminated by better organization. The show was good but didn't make up for all of the waiting and lines. We were dispointed.

The food on buffet seems to be getting old, especially when eating Gluten Free. I wish they would offer more fresh fruits and veggies there, not just as a course starter. I am not sure if they will accommodate guests if they ask for a second serving of the fresh produce items. The theatre performance have always been great. The shops are great, you might be able to find a unique gift that you have been looking for. I found some of the Aaron's Crazy Putty that I have been searching for, and it was less than Amazon. Sort of kid friendly.

Fun theatre performance. They really know how to enjoy all the audience in a theatre-in-the-round. Our brunch was high quality with many selections. They were careful to label certain foods as gluten free. The only draw avk is that the walk to the table was quite long for my husband (using a cane).
