We are Gluten free and the waiter/ service was great. We got exactly what we wanted (even though it wasn't necessarily on the menu). Which was an omelette and breakfast meats, with a side of fresh fruit. They even had Gluten free toast. I can't speak to cross contamination as none of us are Celiac. It was on the pricey side but the food was delicious.

We are fans of first watch and their gluten free French toast. The whole wait list aspect is a bit odd to put your name on the list and then come in and wait another 15 minutes. The gluten free French toast was a bit over cooked this time but the over medium eggs and AM superfoods bowl (without granola) were both great. Breakfast tacos skimped a bit on the sausage. Service was great.
