Very pleased with my breakfast hash. The over-easy eggs were just right. My server Katie was exceptional. My order was complicated due to food sensitivities and preferences. She and the kitchen staff got my order perfect. Kudos. My only suggestion is to improve on the gluten free bread. Very few are palatable in local restaurants, however I have eaten Glutino brand of English muffins in restaurants in the past. Quite tasty. I purchase them myself at our local grocery stores for home use.
