First Watch

I've been here many times over the years, and each time I visit, the food is delicious, hot, and freshly made, and the service is even better. The wait staff is efficient, great, and listens to customers who have allergies, such as gluten allergies, or specific dietary needs regarding their food order. Today was no different, and they were terrific. Today I had the special strawberry tres leches French toast, and it was everything I imagined it would be. It was delicious, very filling, and I will get that again. Since I've been getting emails from First Watch, I've been receiving emails about their new French toast for about two weeks, and I'm glad I was able to try it today. First Watch is a staple restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and I will continue to come back, especially to this location, because they genuinely know how to please their customers.

The food and menu selection is great. The restaurant itself is filthy. The silverware and glasses had old food stuck to them. They saw us at a table that still had food and syrup from the previous gas, and didn't bother to wipe it. The salt and pepper shakers, Syrup bottle were covered in food and grime. Salt, pepper, and hot sauce was empty. The floor is generally are dirty. I love the food and selections, especially the gluten-free options. Makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like if the place you are eating is so dirty. Having worked in restaurants, it's rare that I complain, but it's hard to enjoy your breakfast when you're eating in such conditions.
