Im giving a 1 star on the food because I was not given gluten-free bread when I ordered and discussed with waitress the specific need for gluten free. After a few bites, I felt twinges of pain. I asked her to confirm it was gf. She said it was. Tgat it was dark and dark bread is gluten-free. I said nicely tgat was not true... but she snapoed and said, its gluten-free! I ate a few more bites but realized I was very sick. The food is scrumptious at every First Watch I've been too, but in this case I was not taken care of as a customer with a severe allergy. I write this in excruciating pain, and will be sick for days, because a waitress did not do her due diligence. PLEASE! SERVERS, IF A CUSTOMER NEEDS GLUTEN-FREE, OR OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS, BE DILIGENT AND MAKE SURE! AND IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS YOU TO CONFIRM, GO BACK TO THE KITCHEN TO DO SO!
