First watch has gf toast, but not a gf toaster, so it is not celiac safe. They'll often make it separate in a clean pan if you ask, but they do not train their servers on gluten cross contamination, so even if you ask, you can't count on it. My wife got sick from their toast this week. Not fun.
The food is tasty, though.
