Hiram was a fantastic server! He was knowledgeable about the menu (I’m gluten free) and his attitude and energy was great. Hiram was also incredibly thoughtful when it came to the cross contamination of the butter; I didn’t mention anything, he just did it. The food was also excellent. Easily the best gluten free toast I’ve had too.
