First Watch

I’ve been coming here since before it became First Watch, but the service keeps getting slower. On my last visit, I asked if my omelette came with bread so I could request gluten-free. I asked my server if the omelette came with bread so I could request a gluten-free option. She said it didn’t, so I didn’t mention it. To my surprise, another waiter brought the omelette with bread on the side. When I explained that I’m gluten intolerant, the bread was simply removed with a napkin in front of me on the table and replaced with gluten-free bread — leaving crumbs all over the greens. I couldn’t eat them. This shows a real lack of care for dietary needs, which is disappointing
