First Watch

Healthy and delicious. Not a greasy spoon type breakfast but a healthy and delicious restaurant. Love this place. Eat here once or twice a month. They do Gluten Free so the wife is able to enjoy as well.

I love the food here. They serve traditional breakfast items as well as more interesting fare. I had a delicious salmon and vegetable frittata, and my daughter enjoyed her fluffy pancakes and bacon. However, the restroom needed some serious employee attention during my most recent visit so I chose to "hold it." They also didn't pay attention to the special instructions that I noted on my order. I am allergic to a common ingredient in bread (not gluten) so I usually just avoid bread if I don't have time to ask a lot of questions. Thankfully their bread didn't include this ingredient so I was fine. I'm hoping that this less than perfect visit was just an anomaly.
