I have been to First Watch in several states and just don't understand why there can't be a gluten free menu. It's not comforting at all to know something can be made gluten free without knowing more specifics. And this was the filthiest one I have ever been in. Our table was in a corner and there was dust all over the corner behind us and filth on the trim next to our table. Nothing like having other people's hair right next to your plate. You always wonder what the cleanliness in the kitchen is like if they can't properly clean a table.
