Our experience was not very good at this restaurant. I was hoping to get good service and attention to detail, but no one seemed to care. My husband, son and I arrived at 9:15am and didn’t get our food until almost an hour later. I noticed that our waitress was trying to ignore us during that time. We initially felt relieved that the restaurant wasn’t full when we got there because we thought our food would come out pretty soon after, but oh boy were we mistaken. Even after getting our food, we didn’t receive what we asked for. The waitress never apologized or seemed to care. If we hadn’t spoken up about not getting our GF bread or that we needed syrup for our pancakes/French toast, we would’ve just had to sit there and eat what we got. Since my husband eats gluten but I don’t, I noticed that our breads both looked the same. Again, the cooks and waitstaff, who know about the foods, should’ve noticed, but they didn’t. After waiting for nearly an hour for our food and getting service that is unacceptable, we will no longer come to this restaurant. To the manager or owner, please be advised that quality customer service and quality food are something important in this day and age and should always be put first in a restaurant. I, myself, have worked in the food industry and was always reminded about quality, so I keep that at my forefront wherever I go and in everything I do. We paid a hefty price for the mediocre service we received.
