As promised - we were back for another “Cuoppo di Mare”. However, this time we asked their Manager - Antonio to prepare a Gluten Free (GF) version of Cuoppo (requires a call a day before to get them ready to serve GF option). It did not come with two crochets on top (those are made of a lot of gluten) but was even better than regular version of Cuoppo at least to the taste of my wife! As for me (celiac) - I really enjoyed it and is going to be 100% back!
