Exceptional service here - a special shoutout to the young man who served us with a smile, and was immensely helpful regarding gluten free options on the menu.
These are slightly limited (basically just salads) but I got the poke without rice (has soy sauce in it) and was in awe by the flavour!
Chips and guacamole were also especially flavourful. Not your run of the mill guacamole, Fish’s has spice and dimensions to it!

Very busy late afternoon, so expect to wait an hour in line. Use the buddy system to get a drink while you wait! My fish was fresh, and the waiter knew I couldn't get a particular type of fish because it was cooked on a grill with a soy sauce marinated fish (I'm celiac gluten free). The greens were fresh and a good accompaniment to the fish.
