Fish Fish’s gluten-free Thursday is the only time my girlfriend can enjoy what used to be a staple of the Australian diet without, y’know, exploding. I’ve discovered the find folks are equally willing to accommodate the needs of my own gastric challenges.
They make a capable burger. But their fish and scallops, I am reliably informed, are top-notch. I have only been able to observe the crunch of the batter, perfectly fried, and the looks of potential climax from my girlfriend, but on the basis of those observations alone there seems much to recommend them.
