Fish Tales

The server we had made this place outstanding. He was beyond amazing! This is gluten free friendly, I asked if they had gluten free options and was able to get a gluten free bun for my sandwich. The server asked if it was a preference or an allergy. The food was good, from everything our group ordered, the fish tails seemed to be the way to go. I do recommend this place.

Wow what an awful experience. Food allergies are ignored. And when asked to correct we the customer were pretty much called liars even though we showed the waitress the menu and asked that it be grilled. And that it be gluten free. She left the other meal with us. The LIED (Madison) to her manager and became a drama queen crying and avoided our table. Then to resolve the issue (Rachel) brought us our food in a to go bag. So much for customer service as long as you eat what they prepare for you whether it will cause you physically harm or you have asked kindly to have it prepared correctly. But protecting the wait staff was way more the priority over that of the customer with the allergy: absolutely shameful. - Funny left a message for the managers no return call - no response as like other messages...... Clearly continues to show the lack of care at this restaurant. Left a message with the servers - probably didn't make it to management. Just a ridiculous.
