I'm not a restaurateur but if I had a place I would like it like this: modern and smart, but refined mood. Menu that ranges from street food presented in a nice and functional way (warm aluminum trays for example) up to particular cooking methods and more refined dishes. Good wine list, excellent pouring (sommelier's word 😉). The half portions are smart to try more things. Unparalleled price. Particular praise for the wide gluten-free choice (I've never seen fish arancini, not even in the south). I'll be back soon. 5 full stars
