I'm not a restaurateur but if I had a place I would like it like this: modern and smart, but refined mood. Menu that ranges from street food presented in a nice and functional way (warm aluminum trays for example) up to particular cooking methods and more refined dishes. Good wine list, excellent pouring (sommelier's word π). The half portions are smart to try more things. Unparalleled price. Particular praise for the wide gluten-free choice (I've never seen fish arancini, not even in the south). I'll be back soon. 5 full stars
