Food is excellent and fair priced - love how easy it is to “cook” and tastes fresh, even freezes well. Really great options for gluten free and dairy free…. Try the chicken tikka masala, Cuban beef picadillo, impossible bahnmi meatballs, turkey chilli, and some seasonal stuff too. I can get this food delivered, but I won’t. It makes my day to see Bell and Deanna every week. They greet me with open arms, provide excellent customer service, and always make me smile. Thank you both so much.

Hey All, so you wonder if Fit Life is right for you? Yes it is! They have amazing food at good prices. To simply microwave your dinner is so efficient - saving time and money and no dishes. Healthy meals with gluten free and dairy free options for my wife too. Ask for Bell or Deanna - They are so knowledgeable, professional, sweet, kind, caring and most of all make you laugh and just hang out. They are always so helpful and promote the positive image of Fit Life. They encourage us to try new meals and they are always delicious.
