My family visited at what was most likely the busiest time of opening week and were very impressed. We ate in to start with - burgers and milk shakes. The choice of additional toppings was great and the food freshly made and really tasty. Irritatingly, our car then broke down in the carpark and we were left waiting for the RAC for 4 hours. The place was packed, and buzzing but all the staff were just wonderful and still had time for us. They couldn’t do more, from helping find an iPhone charger to keeping us fed and watered (including the dog). I’d particularly like to thank Adam, Ian and Tom for their kind help - well done (5) guys! It was also lovely talking to various members and seeing how nice 5 Guys seems to be to work for. One request if I may, my wife is gluten free (coeliac) - please do try to make it more obvious both online and in store that you can cater for such food allergies - at the moment you are underselling yourselves!
