Huge thank you to the Five Guys staff working this evening! From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They paid close attention to our order and went above and beyond with their service, honestly, some of the friendliest service I’ve experienced anywhere.
One detail that really stood out to me personally: I ordered my burger without a bun due to a severe gluten allergy. Without missing a beat, the employee taking my order immediately asked if it was allergy telated and made sure it was handled with extra care. They even went so far as to bag my meal separately from the rest of my group’s order. That kind of attention to detail is rare, especially in quick service settings.
