Gluten free lettuce wrap, designated fryer. Celiac heaven. They continuously changed their gloves.

This Five Guys is the best! I have to eat gluten free and they take so much care to be sure that my food isn't cross contaminated. The lady that takes our order always reminds the kitchen staff to change gloves before handling my food and they are all so nice about it. I've never gotten sick when I've eaten there. Even before I was gluten free, Five Guys was my favorite place for burgers and fries, now I love them even more.
