This place never disappoints. But the app needs to be fixed. When you order online, there is no where to write comments. I needed a lettuce wrap because I need gluten free but I couldn't comment on that anywhere. There is a spot you can add that says you need assistance but again it doesn't let you indicate what kind of assistance.

Usually I really enjoy Five Guys. Unfortunately tonight we struck out -- they forgot 1 item of the 4 in our order, they didn't bag our fries separately (my daughter has Celiac) even though I specifically requested it and watched the counter person tell the cook, and the bread on my burger was stale. And when I called about the missing item I was told I could come back "anytime" for a replacement. I'm not sure what that does for my hungry son, and I highly doubt this is something Very disappointing tonight. I'm not sure when I'll return.
