Five Guys

We are in from out of town and wanted someplace quick for lunch. WOW! I have celiac disease (severe gluten allergy). The restaurant is not 100% gluten free, but the precautions the staff took was amazing! They made sure to clean a section of the grill again (they had previously done this, but wanted to do it again just to make sure). They brought fresh toppings from the back (changing gloves is great but if the gloves touch previous bread, I can still get sick). They even got a fresh tub of mayo to make sure it was safe. They went way above and beyond and I am so grateful! The cheeseburger was delicious. I ordered it without a bun. The fries were crispy with just the right amount of salt! Everyone was so friendly, I would 100% go back! If you are ever in Chillocothe, I would encourage you to stop in!

I love coming here because I have to eat gluten free, no cheating for me, and my cashier(Elaina H today) immediately asks when I order no bun if it is an allergy. The fries are the only thing cooked in the fryer, so I can have fries. I hardly ever get fries, cause most places have a shared fryer. I like not having rashes and wondering if it was cause I took a chance to eat out. They have 2 grills, one for burgers and toppings, and the other for buns. Today I brought an elderly friend, she's 60 and has a hard time walking because of a previous injury. The associates helped me with the doors and getting her in. Thanks guys and gals.
