A reliable option for those who are gluten free. They are so lovely about making the lettuce wrap and marking it as an allergy. And because nothing goes in the deep fryer except French fries, I can eat them without cross-contamination. I’ve been in travel-hell for about 24 hours but this was a bright spot.
