We are learning a new gluten-free diet with our daughter, we've been to 5 Guys before but this is our first time with dietary restrictions. The guys working today did a great job of showing us how they prepare the food safely.
The fryers here are all peanut oil and the only thing they fry in them is the potatoes. They also have a separate grill just for toasting the buns. They even put an ***ALLERGY*** flag on the order slip to remind the crew to avoid cross-contamination. Finally, they packaged the gluten-free part of our order separately.
I've always been happy with 5 Guys but today they really got it right! Thanks!
