While Five Guys doesn’t tout themselves gluten free, the only gluten containing items are the buns. When I told them I had celiacs on (11/18) the manager worked on my order himself. No one else touched my food and he took as many precautions as possible including telling everyone that got near my food that this was a gluten allergy. Awesome experience and I really appreciated the sincerity in which it was taken.

The staff Is always pleasant and accommodations. I suffer from Celiac's disease and they always are very careful to change gloves and only one person touch my food so it doesn't get glutened.
