They don't bread anything, so eating there is safe for people who have to be gluten free. They have a choice of hamburger in a bowl or lettuce wrap. I chose in a bowl. Since nothing is breaded, the delicious french fries are safe to eat. They also serve hot dogs and a veggie burger. I love Five Guys and I'll definitely come back again next time I'm in Erie.

For someone with Celiac Disease, Five Guys is a must-try; I don't get to eat at many fast food restaurants so having Five Guys as an option is helpful, plus the food tastes great!
