I am gluten intolerant. When The Folks at Five Guys learned of this issue, they sanitized the cooking area and made me a burger stacked between two lettuce leaves! That's serious service when one deals with food issues! I am always impressed by the friendly staff and the giant bag of fries my family takes home from this unique eatery! Thanks for caring about people who can't have bread nor milk products. My lettuce leaf burger was awesome. Leslie Halling :-)
