Worst experience tonight through doordash. I ordered a burger and Cajun fries for my husband and a burger in a bowl and regular fries for myself. Order arrives fairly quickly, however my burger in a bowl is missing from the order. So I contacted door dash and was refunded in door dash credits and ordered a cheeseburger in a bowl again. Second order arrives and there is no burger patty or cheese it is just a bowl of toppings. Had to go through a third time to order a plain cheeseburger in a bowl and assemble the toppings from order 2 in my bowl and reheat the fries from order 1. I should have just cooked myself, it would have saved me over an hour and about $15 in 3 sets of doordash tips! Absolutely ridiculously bad attention to detail. I usually don’t complain about things, but this was so bad I don’t know if I will ever order from there again which is just sad because it is one of the only fast food places that is gluten-free friendly in the area with options to lettuce wrap or burger in a bowl with dedicated fry fryers.

Fast friendly service, great fries and burgers, and toppings like sauteed onions and mushrooms that others would charge extra for they give for free. Also they are very gluten conscious changing gloves and asking if you are allergic or not. These are great burgers not just fast food
