Went around 11:30a on a weekday and was greeted right away, orders placed, and orders called pretty quickly. Had a group of 7, 2 of which with gluten allergies, and all orders were correct, bugers and fries were all as ordered and tasty.

Trying to spend my priceless time w my 2 kids. It took about 15 minutes to place my order at Cashier who seems does not know what she was doing. Ordered Cheeseburger with one of them with lettuce wrap (gluten free, no bun). tobe cut half but finally not done. I asked the Cook, why? Instead of apologize profusely, he gave me some attitude which made even more upset. I lost my appetite and mood. So I left. I spent almost $40.00 for 2 burgers, they were not even bothered to cut them half ? The restaurant wasn't even that busy at that time. I missed my meeting due to this incident. I hope they will improve.
