I just have a question and was hoping the owner would see this and respond.
My husband has celiac disease- I was told certain 5 guys locations can be quite accommodating to people who have to follow a gluten free diet due to celiac disease, such as by assigning one person who changes gloves to make the meal away from the buns, and even heard some locations will open a new mayonnaise if ordered, to avoid cross contamination.
Since the buns are the only gluten containing menu item, and the friers are potato dedicated fryers, it seems 5 guys seems to be the best bet for someone with celiac to still be able to go get a burger/fries- IF there is no cross contamination.
Can you tell me if this location is accommodating to people diagnosed with celiac? Consuming glutens- even cross contamination- will make my husband ill/bed ridden for nearly a week.
