Very poor customer service. Chelsea (the cashier) was very nice and took my food allergies seriously. She offered to make my order herself. The 2 black shirt employees (management?) rebuked her openly and were disrespectful to me and her. One of them was making burgers and filling potatoes in the fry baskets without changing her gloves. I have been to many 5 guys restaurants and their protocols are usually great for gluten allergies. Stay away from this place if you have allergies!!! They quite frankly act like they don’t care.

Great burgers and taste great. The best fries. Five Guys was very helpful with helping us with gluten free, no bun and the fries are the only item cooked in the oil which is very good. Thanks!
