I have had a lot of good luck going to this location, in the past. Their general policy with handling of allergens seemed safe. Yesterday, I clearly expressed how sensitive I am to gluten because I have celiac disease. It was noted on my order and the order taker communicated to the line cooks before they started to prepare my food. The cook changed his gloves and proceeded to touch many different surfaces as he carried on a conversation with his coworkers. While distracted, he managed to contaminate my food so badly that I’ve spent my entire day, today, unable to get out of bed. Celiacs beware! I won’t go back and I urge anybody else to be extremely cautious.
