Celiac disease friendly restaurant -- America is the land of "dine out now," quick service meals. Having a health condition which prohibits doing so in ANY capacity is life altering. On our visit, we got to experience a little sliver of normalcy thanks to Five Guys and their amazing staff. EXTRA special shout out to ERNESTO A! They went out of their way to make a big show about announcing a serious food allergy order coming, cleaned all surfaces, everybody switched to fresh gloves, the works. This, combined with food safe separation of products meant two people were able to enjoy a special, rare, and actually relaxing meal "out." This makes us feel like normal, welcomed, included and cared about human beings and I'm so grateful for it. Thanks for feeding us great food and making us feel so cared for and teriffic!
