I have celiac disease, so eating out is usually a pain. I ordered a cheeseburger, and the pleasant woman at the register let me know that I could have a lettuce wrap instead of going bun-less. During the cooking process, I heard them communicate several times about my order, saying things like “allergy coming up on the table!” I also saw the worker change her gloves before handling my burger. Cross-contamination is a big problem for celiacs, so I was SO happy to see them take my disease seriously. Everyone was so helpful and friendly…. And the food was great! I will definitely be back!
