Excellent! It’s so rare to find a Chinese restaurant that can do gluten free and this one is a real gem. Gluten free menu, separate fryers, can answer questions about safety and cross contamination. Wonderful for celiacs, and just overall delicious!

I am Coeliac and it's very hard to find Gluten Free somewhere that is safe to eat. We met the owner who reassured me that she new her stuff. Well researched and separate cooking for Gluten Free.
