I’ve probably been to over 30+ pho places in Calgary - this place definitely makes top 3. It is comparable to what I had in Hanoi, too. The broth is so concentrated, you can tell by the way it congeals like jelly in the fridge (other places don’t congeal as much as this place). The owner is really attentive and friendly. I’m really picky about hygiene and their place is really well kept. They also sell no-GMO tofu dishes and handmade wontons. A true hidden gem.
