We had never eaten here before, and we were pleased to see that they had a lot of gluten-free items (my spouse has Celiac). We went to eat Thai food, but saw the Laotian items and decided to try a couple of those. Both dishes (a crunchy rice and a noodle dish) were new to us and excellent. There was some spice but it was very delicate and balanced with the other flavors of the dish. The presentation of the food was also gorgeous. We will return.
