Flaming Pig BBQ

The only bbq place in the area that has sides all my family likes. The service has been great here every time and the quality of the food is worth the money. The only reason I don't give 5 stars for the food is we're all allergic to dairy. They Do gluten-free beautifully and adjustments but some items aren't available without dairy or require additions. Luckily they have tasty bbq and you can customize most items so you can add other things.

The BBQ is always amazing here. They have gluten free options too which is awesome. Their newest GF buns look and taste so much like real bread that I thought they messed up. The employees were kind enough to show me the difference between the GF and real bread which I really appreciated. I really hope they stick with this bun. I don't know what company makes it but it is the closest I have ever seen or tasted to actual bread for gf bread. Something that is really hard to find.
