After spending $175 on my first visit to the store, the managers attitude was very disappointing when I was very unhappy with a product, a gluten-free Pure Life 6 Seed sprouted bread and was hoping to exchange it, as it is so dry that it is inedible. I understand that concessions have to be made for that type of product, but this loaf should have been returned to the supplier.
Shame that a satisfied customer is such an unfashionable notion.
