Unfortunate experience with being glutened here. Has always been one of the safe places in the area, but lately kitchen staff seems to be lax about precautions to prevent cross contamination. Beware.

My first experience with Flatbread Company was actually in Maui, Hawaii. I didn’t realize they had other locations until I went on a trip with some friends in MA and knew I had to come back here. Both locations served the best pizza I’ve ever had! (First time was gluten free and the second time was regular). I was so happy to see the same quality and amazing taste in both locations! They use quality ingredients too. Love this place so much!!
