Gluten free NO PROBLEM: I’ve been visiting Kumars for about 5 years and this was my first supper out GLUTEN FREE (I received a Coeliac diagnosis in April this year). As always, excellent fresh cooked and wonderful flavoured foods with loads of vegetarian options (I am not vegetarian) which I always order as they simply are so delicious. Last night I ordered a variety of vegetarian dishes and instead of my usual Cobra beer I had a glass of wine instead. The staff are knowledgeable about GF and will tell you if you are interested in any dish that is not GF. By the way, most of the dishes are free of gluten and if not, can be made GF: I was not expecting them to substitute the naan bread (which comes with the Thali dish I ordered) with a fabulous rice and lentil pancake made specially for me! For desert I had the rose scented creme brulee. Best restaurant in Ramsgate and best Indian food in Thanet

I never write reviews, but ... this was the best Indian food we ever had. The flavours were exceptional, the dishes were beautifully presented, the prices were affordable, the service was great, and they were happy to adapt any vegetarian dish for a gluten-free vegan. If you are ever in Ramsgate-this place is worth a visit.
