Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

We chose Fleming’s to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and it couldn’t have been a better choice! I am gluten and dairy free, and Rachel was so knowledgeable! Indecisive on a wine, she expertly helped me select a great choice based on what I was craving. When it came time to order, she knew what I could safely have without hesitation. My partner has no dietary restrictions so they brought out all the toppings on a side dish for him. We were both happy! It was awesome to have a stress-free dining experience with such helpful and kind staff.

This was husband’s and a I’s first visit. We were excited and felt safe eating here with clear gluten free menu. We visit stake house often because we found that they tend to be a safer experience for us. The food was okay. The meat had good flavor but it just didn’t wow us. Also mine was undercooked but I am not that picky. The staff did check to see if everything was cooked right twice and I chose to not say anything, so I am not holding that against them. Where the major issues come is with the staff. The server didn’t explain anything about the two butters she served with our veggies so we guess at what to do with them and how they taste. In addition to this, someone else had to notice my drink became empty. It’s a small thing but for prices of high end steakhouse I expected high levels of service. I also want to mention that in the front of the house I could see 3 employee on their phones.This cheapens the feel of the place. The other things that were large draw backs for the ambience was two tvs playing sports and the over head music was so load that sitting next to my husband we could not here each other. If this was a large chain like Applebees none of this would be a problem. It is that the type of experience for this level and style of steakhouse is very lacking. They should either lower the prices and admit they are not a premium steakhouse or raise the standards. I will not be returning to this location because of this experience. It is not enough to just not be rude you need to stand out as the best. People should leave feeling wowed.
