I take my girlfriend to Flemings every year for Valentine’s Day. Usually we go to the one further north at DC Ranch, but I just bought a house in Paradise Valley so we chose to try this one. I had reservations at 4:15 PM on February 14, 2022. The hostess staff for amazing and sweet, our waiter seemed like she wanted us out as soon as possible, they sat us in a silent room by ourself with a weird vibe, and immediately after sitting for 3 minutes came and took our order and while we said we weee looking she just stood there and waiting. I’ve had Sarah a bunch of times, for my brother’s graduation party, for a few anniversary dinners, usually she’s great. Last night, if it was anyone else, she would’ve gotten a huge complaint and <15% tip. But here’s the worst part. I just ordered for both of us so she would leave us alone and I got 2 cesear salad, the Prime Surf and Turf for 2, and dessert was in issue in itself. 1 minute after she leaves she brings out the salads. My girlfriend who is allergic to gluten, and wheat specifically, said no to croutons. It was obvious that they just hand picked them off and sent out the salad. At this point I didn’t even feel like eating, I just wanted to leave due to the horrible hospitality. Then when they sprinted out of the kitchen with the surf and turf, they bought it out pretty raw. It was mostly median rare, with a few parts that were well done, and some parts rare. The Lobster was horrible it stated like they just drenched it with butter didn’t even bother attempting. The shrimp scampi was really good. The manager came around and asked how everything was as we got the food. I said it was fine not even knowing because he pretty much came out with the food. The only way he could’ve been faster is if he brought out the food himself. Due to my girlfriend allergy, she couldn’t have any of the dessert that came with the preset Valentine’s Day menu, all containing wheat. At DC Ranch, our waiting allowed her to sub in a Crème Brûlée, I was offered a plate of fruit… a plate of fruit that never came out. I decided to just order a Crème brûlée so we can just eat it and get out of there. It was good, their crème brûlée is always great. $350, a headache, and empty stomach, and a girlfriend who is suffering from the worst food poisoning I’ve seen in a long time. Probably won’t be going to that location again. The Dc Ranch location is always packed, and it’s obvious why. And I’m most likely not going to have my graduation party here anymore, as it was planned.
