Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Yet another epic meal, this time for lunch. Great prices, fabulous food & a gluten free menu for me. We had oysters, filet, lobster bisque, a filet sandwich & steak frites. Our server Junior was gracious & wonderful. My son William had a ball & took pictures of the manager & waiter. The Chef Marquis came to our table to introduce himself & then the manager gave my son a tour of the kitchen! Very cool.

This review is called "The White Glove!" My daughter (8) was recently diagnosed with T1D and Celiac. So we can only eat at places with gluten-free menus and which share the nutritional information behind their menu (so we can accurately cover her carb intake). I reserved a table using Google, and I entered the dietary needs that we have in the "notes" section. Fleming's texted me a few hours before my reservation to confirm and let me know that they'd talk to the manager about getting the carb count info on the kid's menu items. By the time I arrived and checked in, they sat me and my daughter at our table, and there was not only a GF menu there, but a 4-page printout of the entire menu's nutrition information. Our host, Jenna, even went a step further and highlighted all the items that were on the children's menu. If this isn't an amazing consumer experience, I don't know what is. We absolutely loved our twin Filet meals and the service was excellent. Way to go above and beyond, Fleming's. We will definitely be back for more daddy/daughter dates!!
